Coordinator: Dan Sun
Dan Sun has been actively participating in ghost gear recovery work since 2021 and has founded Ghost Diving’s Hong Kong Chapter.
She is currently undertaking Ghost Diving’s global mission to Southeast Asia, which is rich in marine biodiversity and excellent diving locations. Her main objective is to develop a sustainable ecosystem for fishery, tourism, and passionate divers while upholding Ghost Diving’s safety and operation standards, engaging local and global volunteers and sponsors, and efficiently conducting cleanups.
Apart from her work in ghost gear recovery, Dan is also a CCR, DPV, wreck diver, powerboat and sailing boat skipper. She regularly competes in races on a J24 sailboat in Singapore.
Additionally, Dan is also a veteran in the video game industry and advocates for making games more inclusive for everyone.
